RE

The school follows the Cheshire Agreed Syllabus as a basis for developing moral and spiritual awareness. We aim to provide opportunities for children to explore meaning and purpose to life through Christianity and other world religions. A daily act of collective worship takes place either in whole school, year group or class assemblies.

At Christmas the Key Stage 2 children invite their parents/carers to a Christmas Service held in the local Church.  Foundation stage and key stage 1 children invite parents to a nativity play. Parents are invited to share in our Harvest celebrations and achievement assemblies.

An Act of Parliament governs religious education. Parents can withdraw their children from RE or collective worship by writing to the Headteacher.
