Day 10 home learning

Date: 3rd Apr 2020 @ 7:56am

Hi Owls,

The end of two weeks of learning at home. By the looks of the fantastic work, photos and comments on the website, people seem to be getting into the swing of things now. I am seeing awesome photos of the extra things families are doing which are really making the best of this strange situation.

I am really enjoying the time I am able to spend with my family, supporting their home learning from their school as well as exercising, cooking, tidying, cleaning gardening and eating together. Also, just before all of this happened we got a new puppy which it turns out is a full time job too! He is a springador called Ronnie and he is lots of fun!

The next two weeks is the Easter holidays so I have left you plenty of homework on the website for you if you wish to use it. It is up to you. There are also lots of new links on the home learning page of the website and of course the logins for loads of websites in your red home school book.

Most of all have fun, stay safe and stay at home.

Oh and I found this: Andrew Lloyd Webber (ask your gran) will be streaming one of his musicals each Friday on a new YouTube channel, starting with 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat' tonight.

Hi Mr Gilbert

I have seen Joseph the musical before - it's really great!

I am so excited about your new puppy! I am dog and puppy mad and have been doing lots of tricks with Lola whilst I have been off. Spaniels are so clever so Ronnie will be too. I will send you some pictures of Lola doing tricks. She is 95 in dog years and can still run really fast!!

Can you put a picture of Ronnie on the blog?

Happy Easter
